Baptism Infant and young children's baptisms are usually celebrated during the Sunday Liturgy. Parents must be registered parishioners and practicing Catholics. Initial interviews and pre-baptism preparation are conducted by Sr. Ann. Call to make an appointment. Confirmation 9th or 10th Grade after at least 4 years of Religious Education. First Communion 2nd Grade or at the end of 1st Grade takes place after personal interviews with Sr. Ann Matrimony Generally there is a period of nine months during which couples prepare themselves to receive this sacrament. If either party has been previously married there is a required procedure that must be followed to obtain a Declaration of Freedom to marry again in the Catholic Church.
